If Moonlights resolution is set beyond 1080p, you’ll get a black screen on CloudPro tier. Only our CloudUltra and CloudMax tier support 1440p / 4K. If resolution is set to 1080 and you still get a black screen, please contact support.
Picture quality is bad: Ensure resolution is set accordingly in Moonlight and Cloud PC and that your network meets the requirements. Note text quality is expected to be low quality on the Windows Desktop as the software is optimized for gaming scenarios only.
