In the rare case that you didn’t get a Cloud Gaming PC, please check the following:
- You ordered a CloudPro or a CloudUltra PC (CloudLite is NOT subject to guaranteed delivery)
- Your username contains only a-z and 0-9 characters
- Your password follows Microsoft Azure requirements (Have lower, upper characters, a digit and a special character)
- You supplied correct billing information
- You payment was successfull
If all is true, please check the error provided by mail, and contact support, who will help you with your order.
Lastly, we use Microsoft Azure infrastructure for our Cloud Gaming PC’s, and as such, we are under the general Microsoft Azure agreement and Azure subscription limitations, meaning we can’t control if Azure has an exhaustion problem or similiar technical issue as it’s out of our control.
